Integrated Caller ID

    The Spa/Salon Manager now supports up to four phone lines utilizing Caller ID information when used with the Identifier Caller ID box. The system shows the names of the customers that have called in on the screen when entering a customer name. Eliminate spelling errors and speed up your front desk operations with this great new enhancement.

    The names show on the right side of the letters in the top section of the screen. Clicking on the name automatically types the name into the system.

    Note:

Caller ID is only supported using the Identifier Caller ID box. Wiring must be provided from the incoming lines to the Identifier Caller ID box which must be connected to a computer on the network or main computer.
