About "Help Me Support"

IBCS utilizes a revolutionary program called "Help Me Support". This technology, with your permission, allows our technicians to see your screen and move your mouse just as if they were physically present in your salon and the BEST part is that you can see the screen at the same time. This makes your learning curve and problem solving time much faster. This technology allows us to schedule one-on-one training classes that are designed to help you maximize the value of The Spa/Salon Manager.

With "Help Me Support" it's like having a technician at your business whenever you need help. Best of all, "Help Me Support" is FREE for the first year after purchasing the program. We want to help our customers and therefore we provide support for an entire year without additional cost. After the year is over, a Maintenance Contract will be offered to you at an annual cost of $345. This fee will provide your business with program updates (at least 3 per year), unlimited technical support and of course, the convenience of "Help Me Support"

"Help Me Support" requires connection to the Internet. It will work with both dial-up and high speed Internet connections.
