Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the barber shop/salon.
Congregating:
There is no congregating allowed in the barber shop/salon. This upscale
professional salon is not the meeting place for heavy intense discussions or
gossip. Unless you have come to make an appointment, only clients that are being
serviced are allowed. This ensures our safety and allows us to work efficiently
and give our clients our undivided attention.
No Show Policy:
Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice prior to an appointment when
requesting to make an appointment or schedule change. A client who does not give
the appropriate amount of notice or does not keep the intended appointment will
be charged for the amount of the service reserved.
Punctuality:
All appointments are scheduled according to their estimated durations. Please
arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late deprives you of
your reserved service time and could result in the rescheduling of your
appointment. We try to work with clients and allow a 10 minute grace period if
you are running late. Please do not abuse this courtesy because stylists
are not obligated to use the grace period.
Service Choice:
When scheduling your appointment, please choose the desired service you wish to
be done. We do not allow clients to come in at time of appointment and change
their service, unless it requires less time. This is so that we can be prompt
and efficient in serving all clients that arrive to their appointment on time.
Pre-Scheduling:
Evenings, Fridays and Saturdays are the Salon's most highly requested and
busiest times. So that we may give you more flexible scheduling options, please
schedule as far in advance as possible. If you would like to reserve an
appointment during these times use our online booking system. As with any of our
services, a fixed appointment (known as a standing) can be reserved for an
entire year. Please ask our scheduling coordinators for more information.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Bank Debit and check cards,
checks and cash. Ask your barber or stylist which forms of payment they prefer.
Children:
For the protection of your children, the respect of the other clients, and due
to certain safety regulations, the salon is off-limits to children without an
appointment.
Returned Check Fee:
All checks returned marked by the bank "Non-Sufficient Funds" will be assessed a
$25.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
1. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Same day cancellation fee $ 25.00 for regular scheduled service and 50% fee for chemicals and hair extensions.
3. No Show, No Call fee is the cost of the service requested.
We ask that you give notification 24hours in advance so that we can accommodate our customers that are currently on our waiting list. Calling in advance to cancel your appointment will allow us more time to fill your appointment slot.
Emergencies: We do understand that circumstances may arise that are beyond our control. We will work with you at our discretion.
