We understand that you may need to, on occasion, to bring along your children to your appointment. Children are always welcome; however, we ask that they remain seated in the waiting-area for their own safety.

On a daily basis, Antonio of Italy puts forth our best efforts in accommodating as many loyal clients as possible. Due to this fact, we ask that if you cannot make your appointment, please call to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. This allows us to call another client to fill that time-frame.

When redeeming a gift certificate for any service, you must call 24 hours prior to the appointment if you need to cancel. Otherwise, the gift certificate will only be worth 50% of the original value. If you fail to cancel your appointment all-together, the gift certificate will be void. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

Special occasion and wedding services are available to schedule at anytime. Prior to this day, please call in advance for your appointments to ensure that there will be enough time for the services. We also recommend that for this special day, you wash your hair the day before your scheduled hair appointment. For the bride, it is in your best interest to schedule a trial hair and make-up appointment prior to the big day. We can accommodate for both Saturday and Sunday weddings and require a credit card to hold the date for 2-12 people.
