OUR STAFF
Our salon
personnel are divided into four classifications: Stylists, Masters,
and Designers & Specialists. Based on
your individual needs, you can choose the
level of stylists you prefer for the look
you want and the price you want.
Stylists and
nail technicians are the entry level for
Christina & Company. They are being educated by our educators and by
outside educators. All stylists hired start at this level no matter what previous
experience they may have. They are being trained in customer service, product
knowledge, and technical skills.
Master stylists
and master nail technicians have successfully completed
Christina & Company's education program. They
have displayed tremendous talent in their technical ability and customer service.
Designer stylists and designer nail
technicians are exemplary professionals.
They have obtained advanced education, and have achieved a specific criteria
both personally and professionally.
Specialists have achieved the highest
level in creativity, customer service,
and education. They are educators
for Christina & Company
staff.
Our spa personnel are licensed cosmetologists,
manicurists, estheticians, and massage therapists. They have
been licensed by the Indiana State Board of Cosmetology. Our personnel
constantly undergo
training in the most up-to-date techniques and scientific breakthroughs in
skin care and spa services.
