Appointment Book

apptscr.jpg (193842 bytes)    The Appointment Book, our most valued feature, is an integrated system which automatically posts to the point of sale terminal. For salons that want this feature, it performs the following tasks:

  • Book appointment in five mouse clicks.
  • Weeks ahead - one to eight in single click or touch.
  • Go to Date for Franklin Planner type clients.
  • Automatic booking of rooms (Supports seven different room types, wax, pedicure etc.).
  • Spa Package Booking to book multiple services for clients.
  • Group Package Booking to book multiple customers in a single step
  • Find existing appointments for a client with ability to print.
  • Prints all packages for the day with client name, times and employees
  • Tracks request/non-request clients with cyan color on schedule.
  • Color coding for visual identification on the appointment book.
    • Yellow - Client is checked into the salon.
    • Red - Client has been checked in and out - Stop sale has been completed.
    • Green - Client was confirmed.
    • Light Blue - Client was a request for the employee.
    • White - Client not confirmed, not request and not checked in or out.
    • Dark Blue - This employee is not scheduled to work.
    • Gray - Employee is available to be booked.
  • Prints employee schedules with booking comments.
  • Prints Work Tickets, client flow, with technical cards when needed.
  • Tracks confirming including statistics for each day confirmed.
  • Employee Month View shows the number of appointments, number of clients, and the percentage booked for each day of the month.
  • Prints Greeting Schedule showing clients for day sorted by time.
  • Tracks standing appointments and books them automatically.
  • Allows for individual booking styles per employee.
  • Allows for Special Customers to override preset booking styles.
  • Appointment Waiting List with times the client is available.

Intercom Features of the Appointment Book  

  • Messages can be transmitted to employees by utilizing the
    Intercom Feature rather than writing on notepads.
    When a new message has been sent to a person the words
    New Intercom
    appears in yellow alerting them that
    they have a new message.

  • With the Intercom feature, you can read, remove, or send messages.

  • The Intercom Feature eliminates lost messages in the salon.

Fast Retail  

  • Allows for a quick retail purchase where the customer name
    is not recorded.  The sale is recorded as RETAIL
    allowing a single or multiple retail item to be sold in seconds.

Customer Check-In   

  • Minimizes typing time by allowing the receptionist to enter
    partial city, state, and zip codes with auto completion.
  • Home and work numbers are entered quickly by typing the
    numbers only, the computer adds the dashes.
  • Provides access to Customer Profile showing client service
    and retail history in a single mouse click.
  • Provides access to Future Appointments with a single mouse click.
  • Provides access to clients technical cards with a single mouse click.
  • Tracks new client advertisement and referrals and referral count.
  • Displays client Gift Certificate or IOU's.
  • Allows for email to be sent to client
  • Allows a picture of the client to be taken.

  • Family Check Out allows you to choose one person to pay for a family or group of people and keeps track of each ticket until the last customer in the group is checked out.
  • Past purchased retail items are displayed on the screen.
  • Updates your daily and employee totals, advertisement analysis and inventory automatically in preparation for payroll calculations.
  • Displays options for customer payment.
  • Supports automatic employee pricing of service and retail purchases.
  • Automatic Senior Citizen discounts or by customer classification.

Customer Profile (History)  

  • Records service and retail items purchased including the
    date, service or product, and the price charged.

Goals:

  • Employee Goals can be recorded an compared to the actual statistics when doing a Employee Business Review.

Profile Information:  

  • List customer address, phone numbers, birth date and
    two years of service and retail.
  • Records last two years of services and retail purchased.
  • Information automatically accumulated by Point of Sale System.

Repeat Customer Analysis:

  • Tracks why customer has returned to the salon. (Walk-in? or Appointment?).
  • Displays price list.

Schools:

  • Ability to enter a grade for each service performed at checkout
  • Grading Reports with detailed and average grade per student.

    and charges.
  • Warns when customers are still checked in the
    salon to avoid errors.
  • Provides detail reports for cash, check, daily sheets
    and employee totals.
  • Provides Cash Helper which allows you to type in the number of pennies,
    nickels, dimes, quarters and bills and the amounts are automatically calculated.
  • Computes Deposit Summary showing actual cash to deposit along with deposit total.
  • Records overages and shortages for management.
  • Prints Close Day Summary showing totals for each employee along with deposit information.
