scheduling:

• credit cards are required to schedule an appointment

cancellation/missed/late arrivals:

• please cancel 48 hours prior to appointment to avoid full service charge

• we allow 15 minutes as a courtesy for late arrivals, however, we may not be able to render the full service scheduled. full service fee for late arrivals will still apply.

• if you arrive more than 15 minutes into your appointment time, we may not be able to accommodate the service. however, the full service fee will still apply.

• gift certificates as a form of payment will be voided for guests who arrive late, cancel without 48 hours notice, or who do not show up.

forms of payment:

• cash, personal checks (in-state only), American Express, Master Card and Visa are all accepted.

gratuities:

• gratuities are not accepted on checks or credit cards.

gift certificates:

• gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash or store merchandise.

• gift certificates must be redeemed within one year of the purchase date.

• honey child is not responsible for lost gift certificates.

returns/refunds:

• no refunds on merchandise or services.

• merchandise can be exchanged within 7 days with receipt.

• adjustments to services can be made within 7 days.

• after 7 days, no exchanges or adjustments are granted.

other:

• please arrive 15 minutes prior to spa appointment to ensure adequate time for changing

• we love children ... just look at our name ... however the little darlings are not allowed in the spa area
