A.    Yes, the OnLine Backup works with the System Agent on your computer to keep everything working efficiently.

Q.    Can I backup other files nightly?
A.    Yes, the system can be set to back up anything in the Backup folder on your hard drive. By using this feature you can have your accounting information and important documents backed up automatically.

Q.    What if my Internet goes down?
A.    IBCS will contact you if we are unable to receive your backup. Once your Internet is back up and operational, we will download your backup to our computer. If your Internet is out for an extended time, you will need to make manual backups until it can be repaired.

Q.    When does the OnLine Backup transfer?
A.    The OnLine Backup occurs when the System agent runs which is usually a.m.

Q.    How many backups are kept at IBCS?
A.    We keep one week of backups. One for each day of the week.

Q.    What is the cost of OnLine Backup?
A.    Either $199 or $299 per year depending on the size of backup required.
