Program Description
Sample Salon offers two separate text messaging programs you may opt into, individually: Appointment Alerts, which are appointment confirmations and appointment-related instructions; and Marketing and Specials, which are offers, specials, and promotional messages, sent up to twice weekly. You choose which program or programs to join at sign-up. No purchase is required to participate in either program.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by program. Marketing and Specials messages are sent up to twice weekly. Appointment Alerts are sent as needed in connection with your scheduled appointments.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Consent
By providing your cell phone number and checking the box for a specific program, you consent to receive text messages from Sample Salon for that program, sent using automatic telephone dialing systems, automatic texting systems, and/or artificial or prerecorded messages. By providing this consent, you represent that you are the owner or customary user of the cell phone number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase and is not bundled with any other service agreement.
You understand that text messages we send may be seen by anyone with access to your phone, and you agree that we are not liable for anyone accessing such messages. You should safeguard your phone and messages if you want them to remain private.
You agree to notify us immediately if you change your cell phone number, stop using the number you provided, transfer that number to a non-cellular service, or transfer your phone to another person.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out - Reply STOP
You may opt out of either text messaging program at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Your opt-out is specific to the program the message came from and to the cell phone number you send the request from. You can also opt out through the same page where you opted in. Your stop request will become effective within 24 hours of receipt.
Support - Reply HELP
For help, reply HELP to any text message we've sent you, or contact us directly at 937-832-3969. Upon receiving a HELP request by text, we will reply with support contact information.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our full Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.
Other Terms
Not all cellular carriers or text message service providers may support this service. Our text messaging program does not currently provide for two-way conversational support beyond STOP and HELP auto-responses. Messages may come from different numbers.
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. We may notify you of updates by text message with a link to the revised terms, and/or by posting revised terms on the Sample Salon website. We reserve the right to terminate any text messaging program at any time.
