12/30/02 Added the ability to use the _ underscore at the Customer Name search for finding emails that contain that character. 
12/27/02 Added a new report called Mailing Comments to the mailing reports section.  This report lists out the customer name and the mailing comment.
12/18/02 Fixed a problem for customers that use Post when Received in inventory that caused the Print Order/Labels buttons to update the "On Order" field.
12/16/02 Fixed a problem that made changes to a customer address/phone number/comments not save when also changing the name of the customer.
12/16/02 Fixed a problem where booking a "Salon,Meeting" or "Salon,Closed" appointment in the book for all employees would cause any changes made afterwards to also go to all employees, until you logged out of the program.
12/16/02 Fixed a problem in the appointment book/move features that caused the Back and Cancel buttons to sometimes go to the wrong screen.
12/16/02 Changed the Move Appointment feature so that a warning pops up if someone attempts to Move an Appointment to a designer that does not perform all of the services selected in the original appointment.
12/16/02 Fixed a problem introduced on 12/10 that caused the Move Appointment feature to remove the services selected.
12/16/02 Updated Kentucky Tax Table standard deduction was increased from $1,800 to $1,830.
12/16/02 Updated Michigan Tax Table  - Changed the State Withholding to 4% for 2003.
12/16/02 Updated Minnesota Tax Table - New Tax Table and annual allowance to $3,050 from $3,000.
12/16/02 Updated New Mexico Tax Table - Increased exemption allowance to $3,000 from $2,900.

12/12/02 Fixed a problem that could cause people with zero balance IOU's to show up on the account statements.
12/12/02 Added the ability to see the current cost, as well as the unit quantity, minimum, and supplier on the Physical Count screen under Inventory.  You can also modify items directly from there now.
12/12/02 Updated Payroll system for the 2003 Federal Tax Table.  Please contact us if your State Tax table has been updated.  FICA limit has been changed to $87,000.  The standard exception amount was raised to $3050.  Tax tables were adjusted for inflation with the annual table showing below.

12/12/02 Added an option to turn the 'spell as you go' feature (currently in email and intercom messages) off.  The screen can still be spell checked with the Spell Check button, but suggestions will not pop up as you type.  To turn the 'spell as you go' feature off, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in SPCHK0.NO and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files, please call us at 937-832-3969.
12/12/02 Added some feedback to the email process.  You are now notified when an email is sent successfully, and also notified of a failure if the email can not be sent or if the process is cancelled.
12/11/02 Fixed a problem with the Payroll Check Stub not showing the correct Gross YTD Sales for payroll totals that are $100,000 or greater.  This did not affect any calculations, just the information on the stub.
12/10/02 Added the ability to choose packages to every Service Selection screen in the program.  If you have packages set up, clicking the Package Selection button will allow you to choose a package, and have all of the services in that package selected at once.
12/06/02 Made some changes to the Appointment Find screen.  Customer names no longer show up on the screen when going through the Future Appointment button on the customer payment screen.  The spacing between columns has been reduced so that more service information fits on each line.  The captions along the top of the columns have been fixed.  Finally, there is now an option to make appointments with 2 or more services show the entire list of services in a box that hovers wherever your mouse is pointed.  To turn on the hover box option, Click Utility, File Utility, Click Salon Directory.  In the Filename name type HOVER0.SRV and hit Create.
12/06/02 Fixed a problem that caused the Normal Retention report to not work correctly.  This problem was introduced in the 11/07/2002 change to reports.
12/05/02 Changed the Service Charge entry screen so that negative numbers are allowed.  This allows salons to put in a flat rate of pay per service for an employee instead of a percent commission.
12/05/02 Added the ability to raise or lower the number of digits needed for a number entered on the Customer Payment screen to be considered a bar code.  Some companies that had very high customer totals (in the thousands of dollars) could have problems not being able to enter customer totals on returns.  The system default is to consider all numbers with 8 or more digits as bar codes, which is fine if your largest sale would be $999.99 or less.  If your maximum sale is above this, but below $9,999.99, you'll need to do the following to set the cutoff to 9 digits or more:  Go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in BCMIN0 and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files, for more information, or for setting the system up for a different cutoff, please call us at 937-832-3969.
12/05/02 Completely revamped the Send Email process.  There is now options for saving emails for later use, loading emails back in, attaching files, inserting pictures, and spell checking your email (both as you type and after you've finished).  In addition to this, bulk emails are now sent as a single message, rather than as multiple individual messages that 'pop up' over and over, which should eliminate problems with bad addresses causing the entire email process to hang.
11/26/02 Added new option and report for Gift Certificate Sales Contests. The system allows for the sellers name to be recorded when a Gift Certificate is sold.  A new report has been added to allow you to determine by employee who was responsible for selling the most Gift Certificates under Reports, Account Summary, G/C Sales by Employee and Detailed G/C Sales by Employee.
11/22/02 Added support for APG USBPro II Hid interface Cash Drawers. Newer computer do not have two serial ports, so it makes it necessary with a touch screen to use either a USB touch screen or USB cash drawer.
11/20/02 Changed the Gift Certificate Purchase and Gift Certificate Payment screens so that they both  show the current balance on gift certificate numbers.  Previously they only showed the balance on customer names (not gift certificate numbers).
11/19/02 Made several changes to the Account Summaries Reports screen.  List Accounts in Detail has an option to only show customers that have a balance - this feature has been fixed to correctly filter out the right people.  A Gift Certificate Number space has been added to the screen to allow searching by number for salons that use the number exclusively (ie don't take a customer name at all).  Both the List Accounts in Detail, and the Print Account Statements (for people using the Gift Certificates on Account Statements report change from 11/12) now allow searching by gift certificate number.  Lastly, changed the Customer Name box so that if no matching name is found, the system will show you the closest name to what was entered.
11/12/02 Added the ability to have Account Statements print out for Gift Certificates (in addition to the IOU and NSF Checks that already showed on it).  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in ACCST0.GC and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files or for more information on the cards to use with this feature, please call us at 937-832-3969.
11/12/02 Changed the Customer Payment screen.  When support for Gift Certificate numbers were added to the check out process, the ability to have customer gift certificate balances 'go negative' was taken out of the system.  We have added that ability back in.  To change the system back to not allowing check outs for non-existent gift certificates, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in OLDGC0.NO and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files or for more information on the cards to use with this feature, please call us at 937-832-3969.
11/08/02 Fixed a mistake in Schedules that allowed an employee to view other employee's schedules when Custom Passwords were set to only view their own schedule.
11/07/02 Added new wording to the bottom of every report that contains customer names.  This wording gives the business specific legal rights in regards to their customer information.  The line is "All reports listing client names are the sole property of  BUSINESS NAME".  To remove this working click Utility, File Utility and click Salon Directory.  In the filename box type - OWNER0.NO and Create. 
10/31/02 Changed the Customer Payment screen so that if you click on the customer's IOU amount at the bottom of the screen, you can have the Customer Total reflect them paying off the IOU.  You will still need to pay the IOU off afterwards by going to Pay In/Out, then IOU.
10/25/02 Changed the Check In screen so that the section that shows customers due in within the next 45 minutes includes employee's assistant columns.
10/25/02 Added the ability to print future appointments on customer receipts.  Up to 10 future appointments can be shown at the bottom of the receipt.  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in RECPT0.APT and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files or for more information on the cards to use with this feature, please call us at 937-832-3969.
10/25/02 Changed the Customer Address button during the appointment booking process so that it does not take away a customer's status as a New Customer.
10/21/02 Fixed the Include Customer Address checkbox on the Mailing Reports screen.  Taking the checkmark away from this option had no effect on the List Master Mailing option - this has been fixed to work correctly regardless of the report chosen.
10/18/02 Changed the Gift Certificate purchasing screen so that scanning a gift card on the gift certificate number line does not cause the service selection screen to pop up.
10/14/02 Fixed the Business Review report's Top Ten Service section.  Some services that should have been in the top ten were getting left out, and now all services should show correctly.
10/14/02 Added the ability to exclude certain services from the retention report.  Call IBCS at 937-832-3969 to set this feature up.
10/14/02 Made a significant speed increase for Secure Password users on the password screen coming up.
10/14/02 Changed the Delete Customer button on the Customer Display screen so that it returned to the Customer Name screen instead of canceling all the way out.
10/10/02 Fixed the problem when booking an appointment the system would ask if the customer should be removed from the Waiting List.  This occurred when the Waiting List was clicked before booking the appointment for another customer. The Waiting List was not damaged, but the nuisance message was taken away.
10/10/02 Made some changes to make the Max Password Level under Computer Info have the proper effect.
10/04/02 Added a 'Find Next' option to the Find Appointment screen.  This will allow you to get a list of the appointments for several customers at the same time, and print them out together.
10/04/02 Added new feature to not allow a sale to be checked out with Gift Certificate if a balance for that gift certificate does not exist.  To turn on this option, Click Utility, File Utility, Click Salon Directory.  In the Filename name type OLDGC0.NO and hit create.  The system will no longer allow a sale without a valid Gift Certificate.  
10/02/02 Added service/customer, retail/customer, and retail/service percentages and totals to the Employee Date Range report, both on the non-detailed version, and on the Day-by-Day totals version.
09/24/02 Fixed the Net Payroll Federal Tax calculation when calculating Net Taxes if the amount of a CAFE, SEP-IRA or EMPPSP program was modified the system did not calculate the taxes based upon the new amounts.  Now the system recalculates to obtain the correct Federal withholding.
09/24/02 Changed the Standing Report to sort the report by the Day of Week, Employee, Time and the customer name. By sorting the report it is much easier to see when customers overlap on standing appointments.  The report also shows when a customer is in the system twice, since the standing shows twice right after each other. 
09/24/02 Fixed a problem that caused the standing appointments to update every time the appointment book was opened.  This could also cause the appointment book to not update standings at all sometimes.
09/19/02 Added new feature for Customer Sales.  By default the system selects the service employee as the person receiving credit for Retail Sales.  Now, the system allows the Salon,Card to be selected automatically instead of the employee.  To turn on this feature select the following...  Utility, File Utility, Click Salon Directory, in the File Name type RTSAL0.YES and type Create.  Now retail sales will default to the Salon,Card instead of the employee. You can still credit the employee by clicking on the item and changing to the appropriate employee.
09/09/02 For salons selling gift certificates by number only, added an option to the main menu along the top called Gift Card Balance.  Clicking this button, and then scanning or typing a gift card number will show the current balance for that gift card.
09/03/02 Added new feature Password Tracking to the program. This feature can be turned on under Maintenance, Company, Password Tracking. Password Tracking reports can be obtained under the Owner Reports. The Report can show either a single employee or all employee accesses by date.  The Password Tracking Summary shows a short form of the report showing which function the employee used and how many times it was chosen.
08/27/02 Fixed the problem when exiting the program, if the Spa/Salon icon was clicked too fast the system would lock.
08/22/02 Changed the Inventory Classification, Supplier and Category to not allow an apostrophe to be entered into the name.  If the Supplier has an apostrophe in the name some of the inventory reports would come up with an error.  If you have an inventory supplier entered with an apostrophe, change it using Inventory Maintenance.
08/19/02 Added in the ability to do a 'Salon Use Return'.  You can now check the Salon Use Return box in Salon Use to add items back into stock, and take away from the total amount of product listed as being used.
08/19/02 Added in support for Special Customer and Combination Booking Styles into the Search.
08/19/02 Fixed a problem that caused Salon,Meeting bookings for all employees to not work correctly.
08/16/02 Fixed the Daily Sheet Summary under specific circumstances the retail total on the Close Day Summary did not match the Date Range Totals.  The Date Range Totals were the correct total.
08/15/02 Added two new reports to the Mailing Reports section.  There is now a Future Appointment Mailing Labels and a Future Appointment Mailing List report (one for labels, and one for a list).  Both of these reports give the ability to do a mailing report based on customers that have an appointment booked within the specified dates.  There is also an option after you hit save to print the list for customers that do not have appointments during the given time period.
08/14/02 Fixed a problem that could cause customer names to get changed into symbols, and customer address information to be deleted.  This was caused by pulling up the Customer Display information on a new customer from the Appointment Detail screen, and saving the changes on the screen.  Since the wrong customer name showed at the top of the screen, the information for the previous customer was overwritten.
08/14/02 Fixed a problem that caused the inventory counts to be incorrect after placing an order for an item that had a negative quantity on hand.  This only affected salons that had turned on the feature to take negative quantities into account when ordering more items.
08/13/02 Changed the calculation in the Business Review to accurately figure the fixed costs based upon the Starting and Ending Dates entered into the report. 
08/12/02 Enhanced the CallerID function to search first by the Phone Number followed by the name.  This allows families to be shown as a choice instead of using the name of the person on the phone bill.  This will work much better for business offices, since it will show all customers that work at that office.
08/08/02 Added a Transaction Register option to the List Daily Sheet screen.  Choosing this option, along with a transaction type such as checks, credit card, etc, will give a listing of each customer that paid their bill with that type of transaction, along with the payment amount.
08/07/02 Allowed for more Menu choices when utilizing screen resolutions above 1024 x 768.  Instead of the Menu showing 8 choices 13 are shown. 
08/07/02 Fixed a problem that could cause the wrong employee to show on the Appointment Detail screen in the section showing who booked the appointment.  This was only a problem with the display on the Appointment Detail screen, and the other areas of the program such as the Appointment Log have always shown the right names.
07/22/02 Added a Service Charge report in Reports -> Maintenance Reports.
07/16/02 Cleaned up the new Close Day Totals section of the Salon Information Date Range Report.  Made sure that any transaction types that were no longer used still showed their totals so that the columns added up correctly.  This only affected people who had removed transaction types from the system.
07/15/02 Added a custom password option for Web Update, and changed web update so that owners and office managers both would have access to Web Update by default.
07/15/02 Added the time to the future appointments shown on the work ticket.  Also corrected some problems with the feature.
06/28/02 Changed the email sending option in the program and the confirmation email template in appointment maintenance to automatically add in the <br> tag for line breaks if you hit Enter to end a line in your document.  Before, if the <br> tag was not used, the emails would run together.  Now, as long as you hit Enter at the end of your lines, your email will be properly formatted.
06/28/02 Changed the technical card screen to warn you if you forget to hit the Add New Card button.  Before, forgetting to hit the button would cause you to overwrite an old card.  Now if you do not hit the button, you get the choice whether you're entering a new card or not.
06/28/02 Added a custom password option to restrict employee ability to change past technical cards and add new ones, while they are still allowed to see the technical cards.
06/27/02 Added an extra line to the Work Tickets to put in added services.
06/27/02 Changed the Remove Name button on the Customer Check Out screen so that turning off an employee's access to Customer Check In also turns off their access to the Remove Name button.
06/20/02 Fixed a problem that caused payroll to show incorrect tip totals.
06/20/02 Changed the program to delete unused email addresses when a customer's name was deleted.
06/20/02 Fixed a problem that caused multiple customer names to show up on the Check In screen.
06/18/02 Removed the Cancel Entire Day option when working with Reserved Names such as No,Appt, No,Lunch etc.  To remove the No,Appt from a schedule, use the Schedule Maintenance under Appointment, Appointment Setup.
06/14/02 Fixed a problem that could cause Pre-Pricing and Hold Tickets to not give the correct employee credit.
06/13/02 Fixed a problem that could cause the wrong inventory product to show up on a customer's history if items were added then removed from the ticket.

06/07/02 Added the ability to show future appointments on the work ticket. To change use Maintenance, Appt., Workticket Settings, Future Appointments.
06/06/02 Updated the NM state tax table.
06/06/02 Fixed the Void Check in Payroll.  Employer matching Social and Medicare were not cleared when a check was voided.
06/06/02 Added the option to the Mailing Reports to only print out customers that have incomplete addresses.
06/06/02 Added the Current Cost of items sold to the Date Range Detailed Retail reports.
06/05/02 Added a new section to the Salon Information (no details) in the Date Range reports.  There is now a breakdown of the total computed, actual, difference, starting cash, and total deposits for the time frame of the date range report.
06/05/02 Added new feature to the Unlimited Minutes section under Gift Certificates.  Now in Customer Check In and Customer Display the date when the unlimited expires is show with the word unlimited.  In addition, the unlimited status can be removed from the customer by clicking on the Unlimited Box.

05/28/02 Updated system to show when a N.S.F. Check is recorded on the Daily Sheet.
05/22/02 The Pay In/Out section on a Daily Sheet for a Previous Period was showing the wrong dates.  This has been fixed.
05/21/02 Added the service being performed on the Customer Name screen where it shows the customers due to come in for the next 30 minutes.  The screen shows the first service on the list, and right-clicking on each line shows the complete service list.
05/21/02 Added the ability to use bar-coded ID cards to check customers in and out.  With the ID cards, you can now scan the customer card instead of typing in the customer name.  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in CUSTN0.ID and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files or for more information on the cards to use with this feature, please call us at 937-832-3969.
05/20/02 Fixed the Unlimited option under Gift Certificates. The system was not marking them as Unlimited.
05/20/02 Added custom password options for the tip functions and reports.
05/16/02 Changed the "Federal" and "State" deduction categories so that when they are set up to be computed as a percent of gross, they take the "Cafe", "Sep-Ira" and "401k" deductions into account correctly, deducting those totals from the gross before computing the Federal and State tax.
05/14/02 Changed the Pay In/Out section, so that you can no longer pay for a Pay In/Out transaction (like Gift Certificates) with another double entry transaction type.
05/12/02 Fixed the Detailed Miscellaneous Transactions the employee number for employees greater than 100.
05/10/02 Fixed a problem that could cause daily corrections for inventory code numbers above 32767 to not operate correctly.
05/09/02 Made some additions and fixes to the Check Deposit report.
05/03/02 Fixed the Working Hours to work with different regional settings for the time.  If a system was set to show the time in a different format, the Working Hours could not be updated.
04/25/02 Fixed a problem that could cause the gift certificate sales screen to show package names multiple times in the list.
04/22/02 Corrected the Series Gift Certificate purchase, it was not posting the expiration date as it was entered.  This only affects businesses that expire gift certificates, the default system setting is not to expire Gift Certficates.
04/19/02 Added the option to Gift Certificate Slip Printers to print the salon's name on the first line of the gift certificate.  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in SLIP_0.CMP and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files, please call us at 937-832-3969.
04/18/02 Added the ability to set certain services as taxable, and others as non-taxable.  After turning this feature on, the taxable/non-taxable flag can be set under Maintenance -> Service -> Modify Service.  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in NOTAX0.SRV and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files, please call us at 937-832-3969.
04/09/02 Made some corrections to the way the program stores and reports service versus retail tax.
04/02/02 Added support for North Carolina State taxes.
04/02/02 Added a new report call Minute Summary to the List Acounts in Detail.  This is a report that shows all of the minutes that have been sold.
03/29/02 Fixed a problem with payroll for employees that receive the greater of the two - either hourly or commission.  If the employee had a service charge, it would get deducted from their pay whether they received commission or hourly.  It now works correctly, and only deducts the service charge if they are receiving commission pay.
03/28/02 Expanded the Color Technical card formula lines to prevent scrolling of the information.
03/27/02 Fixed a problem on the Employee Cards.  User numbers were getting cut off if they went into double digits.  They should work for up to 3 digit numbers now.
03/22/02 Fixed a problem with the mailing report when filtering by new customers, services, retail, or employees.  Before, you had to specify a starting and an ending date for these filters to work correctly.  Now, you can leave Any Dates check marked.
03/22/02 Fixed a problem when Posting to Accounting.  Daily Deposits for Visa when deposited separately showed the cash and check totals and an amount that was not categorized for the sum of the cash and checks with a negative amount.  The total to the checking account were correct, but the split transactions were goofy.
03/22/02 Changed the Gift Certificate button on the main screen and the Apply Change to Gift Certificate Option so that they do not leave the Pay In/Out screen open after the transaction is completed.
03/20/02 Fixed a problem that caused the Technical Cards Only option in the Tickets-Tech section to not print.  This problem only existed after the changes made on February 18th to the Work Ticket.
03/15/02 Changed the Specific Date button in the Appointment Schedules section so that it showed the calendar for the current month.
03/15/02 Fixed a problem with the Rebook option that would allow you to rebook appointments past the ending date on the book.
03/14/02 Changed all inventory labels so only the first letter of the product name is capitalized.
03/13/02 Added the employee number to the Time Card reports.
03/13/02 Added the ability to add Date Range information in case of errors.  This can only be done by an owner and IBCS must be contacted for details.
03/08/02 Fixed the Daily Sheet to properly show the Employee # when the employee number was greater than 99.
03/08/02 Added the Employee # to the Appointment Screen in the upper left hand corner to show the employee that is currently using the system.
03/06/02 Fixed a problem with the way the system allowed bar codes to be scanned in at the Customer Payment screen.  After scanning, it was sometimes difficult to enter cash payment amounts.  This has been corrected.
03/06/02 Changed the Restore Log Appointment option so that it skips empty appointment backups as well as zero length ones.
02/22/02 Fixed the Correction when paid by two double entry transaction amounts were shown incorrectly on the Daily Sheet.  This error did not affect the cash only the Daily Sheet report.
02/18/02 Fixed the Tips when specifying a percentage of Gross Wages the system did not calculate the amount.

02/15/02 Added the ability to specify a certain number of top customers when printing the Top Customer reports and labels.
02/14/02 Added an Existing Service Customer option to the Mailing Reports screen.  This does exactly the opposite as the Only New Service Customer option - the Existing Service Customer option will only print out people that came in during the dates you select, and had been into the salon at some point before that time period also.
02/14/02 Added the option to make the cash drawer only open once per sale, rather than each time the payment method is changed.  To turn this feature on, go into Utility, then File Utilities.  Under the Directory section, click Salon.  In the File Name box, type in CASHD0.ONE and click Create File.  If you need help creating these files, please call us at 937-832-3969.
02/12/02 Fixed a problem with the way Payroll Checks posted into Quicken.  They would put the tip amount in as insurance.  It now works correctly.

02/11/02 Fixed a bug in the Close Day Summary when a correction was done, using the Correction from a Previous Day, a penny round-off could occur on the Summary.  Note, the system worked properly for the Correction - Change Payment Method.
02/11/02 Added new feature to the Account Listing to allow the system to not include expired Gift Certificates and to be able to list only expired Gift Certificates.
02/08/02 Major Correction - System Agent - Found a problem with the System Agent that caused the appointment book to be blank when the System Agent was unable to control the appointment file for various reasons.  This should be a major improvement for salons with multiple terminals.

01/10/02 Added new feature to W2's to warn when blank addresses are contained in the Employee Payroll Information.  This process allows you to update the addresses automatically when printing the W2's.  This is required, since some the the employee's may no longer be employed and could not be updated through Payroll/Accounting Setup.

01/10/02 Added support for Indiana County Tax when printing W2's in payroll. The system now prints the Total Wages and Taxes withheld.  The County is not printed, since the system does not record the county in which the employee lives.
01/10/02 Fixed a problem in Appointment Week view when changing a service the system placed appointment on a different day.
01/09/02 Fixed the List Employee Sales when subtracting Service Charges before showing the total the totals were incorrectly reported.  Payroll information was saved correctly, but it showed incorrectly to the employee.  This error only occurred when utilizing Service Charges and subtracting the Service Charge before showing the employee totals.
01/09/02 Fixed the Customer Profile when hitting the Show All the system was duplicating the services and retail that were shown.
01/07/02 Changed the Close Day so that it now makes sure you want to continue if you forget to put in the totals from the close out.

01/04/02 Fixed the Report - Top Retail Sales by Life Totals.  The system was using the YTD totals instead of the Lifetime totals.

01/03/02 Fixed a problem that could cause the Customer Display screen to come up with no address or phone number information.

01/02/02 Fixed an error in W2 printing if the employee's have a Sep-Ira deducted from their check the total is accumulated for each employee.  W2's must reprinted if done before this update was loaded.
01/02/02 Changed the mailing report filter from Zip Codes to Cities.  This allows you to filter out people based on their city names, regardless of whether you've entered a zip code in for that city or not.
