01/05/2015 Updated Indiana and Kentucky State tax table.
01/02/2015 Updated Employee Maintenance to allow Employee Classifications to be changed by group. This is an outstanding addition for schools that change the student classification as the progress through the program.
12/31/2014  Updated State Tax Tables for Illinois, North Carolina and Oregon.
12/18/2014 Updated Federal Tax Table and California, Colorado, Kansas, Minnesota and New York.
12/11/2014 Fixed an error with Family Check Out that did not show proper change on last person checked out.
12/11/2014 Updated Payroll for 2015 Federal Tax Table. States will be updated as information becomes available. New annual deduction rate is $4,000. New social security maximum is $118,500. Tax Tables were adjusted for inflation.
12/09/2014 Added a new option to do a Detailed Tip Report to the Date Range -> Tip Information Report. This detailed report gives the customer, date, time, and tip amount for all tips the employee collected as well as totals for each day and for the entire time period listed.
12/04/2014 Took away some of the customer-specific buttons like Customer Display from the checkout screen when doing a Fast Retail.
11/21/2014 IOU's can now be paid at check out when the customer is paying cash. Before the system only allowed IOU's to be paid for payment types other than cash.
11/21/2014 Fixed an issue with sending text if the employee was no longer employed the system still sent the text message. No text messages are sent employee that are off payroll.
11/20/2014 Added safety feature to Payroll processing. The system now checks the payroll ending date and check date to see if they have already been used. This serves as a warning in case the dates are not changed which would cause an error in payroll procressing.
11/18/2014 Fixed an issue when buying a Gift Certificate from the Check Out screen with the appointment book open, the final screen of the Gift Certificate purchase was behind the appointment book. The screens now show in the proper order.
11/10/2014 Changed wording on Custom Passwords from Hold Ticket to Hold Ticket / Pre-Price to show the true meaning of the option which allows the front desk to place a ticket on Hold and for the staff to Pre-Price a ticket from the Appointment Details screen.
10/30/2014 Made a change to the email sending so that emails that try to send out in the same second did not have any issues.
10/29/2014 Changed the Online Employee Access to allow employees to adjust their paging options.
10/20/2014 Fixed a problem with the Grade Book for sales paid for with Gift Certificates.
10/17/2014 Added a new Management Alert to send an email any time the Mailing Reports are accessed.

10/17/2014 Fixed a problem that caused the Supplier field to not update when scrolling through items in the Update Physical Count screen.
10/14/2014 Changed the way separate cash drawers operate on Cloud. Rather than showing the computer name and terminal number it will now show the much easier to recognize user name on which the sales were checked out.
10/08/2014 Fixed a problem that could cause the system to log off when rebuilding index files. This only effected the installed version of our program.
10/06/2014 Fixed a penny round off error when discounting retail products.
09/29/2014 Changed all reports so that they come to the front when finished. This will allow you to pull up longer reports like Mailing Reports and know as soon as they're done even if you go in to do other things in the program.
09/26/2014 Fixed the Show Extra Phone numbers on appointment detail. When clicking multiple customers if the first one had a cell phone and the second one did not it showed the first persons cell phone. 
09/12/2014 Changed the way text messages work for AT&T. In the past all AT&T text messages were sent to email addresses ending in @txt.att.net. These addresses are still in use but they're for Text Message service only. AT&T now offers MMS service as well and those email addresses end in @mms.att.net. For most customers the MMS option is better and so we've now changed the AT&T setting to use that and added a new Old AT&T option that uses the old format. However, we did not change the way any of your current customers work so any customers that were already set to AT&T will now show Old AT&T for their text carrier which allows the system to continue working as it had for those customers. If you have problems with any customers set to Old AT&T for their text carrier try changing them to the new AT&T option at the top of the list and that should resolve those issues.
09/09/2014 Added new reports for businesses using centralized gift certificates to the Account Summaries section. These Centralized Gift Certificate reports will allow businesses to get reports showing the payables and receivables for their locations caused by gift certificates sold elsewhere and redeemed in their business or bought in their business but redeemed elsewhere.
09/03/2014 Added a warning when someone clocks out without clocking in.
09/02/2014 Added an option to ask for a reason any time a price is changed. To turn this feature on go into Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in PrChg0.Rsn and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 937-832-3969.
09/02/2014 Changed the confirming process so that you can now update the appointment comment while confirming.
08/13/2014 Changed Discount Code Maintenance to prevent the entry of discount codes with hyphens or apostrophes in the name because they did not work within the program.
08/11/2014 Fixed a problem with the where the Previous Daily Sheets were not automatically storing during the Close Period.
08/05/2014 Added new information to the Verify Backup option under backups. First, the initial message will now include a file size so you can watch for fluctuations in that number. Second, you'll have an added option to have the computer spend a minute or so going through the backup and verifying that it doesn't have any problems. You'll get dynazip errors if there are any problems with the backup and at the end will either get a message that the backup was not valid at all or will get a message that indicates the number of valid files in the backup. As long as no dynazip errors come up you have a valid backup but the file size and number of files backed up should stay fairly consistent and represent another opportunity to make sure your critical backups are running correctly.

07/21/2014 Added an option to show Day-by-Day totals on the Date Range - Pay In/Out report.
07/02/2014 Updated Ohio State Tax Table. Ohio taxes were reduced for the second half of 2014 by 1% for 2014 and 2015.
06/06/2014 Changed the Management Alerts so that setting up an alert for an employee that does not have an email address set up will prompt you for that employee's email address and save the email address to their employee record.
06/06/2014 Fixed a problem that could cause spaces to show up in gift certificate numbers.
06/06/2014 Added the ability to include email links in the Email Footer section instead of web page links. To do this you would put mailto:email@yourdomain.com (whatever your email address happens to be) on the address line and the links will be clickable for your customers to send emails to the address you put in. This would work on all of the links on the screen but is especially useful with the User Defined #1, 2, and 3 links at the bottom of the screen.
05/23/2014 Added a message to password tracking to show when phone numbers are changed during booking appointments.
05/20/2014 Added the option to show only the past 1 or 2 technical cards of each type on the work ticket instead of the last 3. If you're interested in this feature please contact support for help.
05/16/2014 Added AIO Wireless to the list of text providers.
05/14/2014 Changed the Customer Display screen so that the Cell Phone number will work the same as Home Phone/Work Phone/Other Phone in how it highlights when clicking the box. This should avoid issues with numbers being typed in incorrectly.
04/23/2014 Added an option to the Management Alerts in Maintenance to have the Close Day Summary emailed each night.
04/18/2014 Changed the Discount Code Maintenance screen so that dashes and apostrophes could not be saved as part of the description or code as they both could make discount codes work incorrectly.
04/08/2014 Added password access checking to the Time Card Summary, Time Card Daily and Time Card Detailed to not allow access to other employees time card information unless that option is checked in the custom password screen on Page 1 of 6 - Clock other employee in.
04/07/2014 Upgraded all Cloud Servers by increasing hard disk access speed.. This is a performance upgrade affecting all Cloud customers without any additional monthly charge.
04/04/2014 Added a prompt for Pay In/Out transactions and gift certificates if the Total Amount is zero to warn the user in case it was accidently forgotten to be entered. Zero dollar amount transactions can be entered by pressing Cancel at the Enter Total Amount prompt.
04/03/2014 Fixed a problem with the Show Services option on the Detailed Date Range Reports for services over service number 99. All future retention reports stored from this point forward should reflect the correct information on those services.
03/28/2014 Updated Wisconsin tax tables for 4/1/14 Update. 
03/14/2014 Changed the Password Tracking Report to show the date on every page.
03/10/2014 Added an option to have the supplier code included with the product name on the Date Range Retail Breakdown reports. 03/03/2014 Changed the program so it would no longer prompt to apply change on sales to an IOU balance when the payment is made with Cash. Cash sales can not apply their change to other sales - this is why the prompt was removed.
02/28/2014 Fixed a calculation when subtracting service charge before commission the system was not calculating the greater amount of service or hourly pay.
02/26/2014 Fixed an erroneous message in the Password Tracking that showed cell and other phone numbers changing when they had not.
02/26/2014 Changed the Cloud version of our program so that it does not check for updates or newsletter updates anymore. This should speed up log ins and since we put those updates up automatically will not remove any functionality.
02/25/2014 Fixed a problem with how the program transitioned back from a multiple gift certificate redemption to a single gift certificate redemption when invalid gift certificate numbers were entered.
02/21/2014 Fixed the Confirmation Screen. When changing to a different customer and leaving the Appointment Detail screen open and the next persons confirmation information was blank the system would carry the first confirmation information to the second person. 
02/17/2014 Fixed the program so that you get a warning now when adding in a discount code that requires Discount Code service when it can't be added rather than going on and trying to add the service anyways. This only effects people that have 199 services in the system before they try to add in an effected discount code.
02/17/2014 Added the option to not ask whether to vault credit cards when the warning about a customer with no shows in the past comes up. 02/13/2014 Updated the feature added in 2012 that allows any email address to be entered for a customer receipt to also ask if you would like to update the email address on file. 02/05/2014 Changed the text messages for Cloud customers so that it won't attempt to send text messages through the program in addition to the scheduled run time.
02/03/2014 Change the text messages for earliest appointment so that it ignores special names like NO,APPT.

01/23/2014 Added an Allow Standing Updates button under Utility. This button will only be visible if the standing appointment updates got stuck on one of the computers and will allow standing appointments to update again once it is clicked.
01/14/2014 Updated North Dacota State Tax table.
01/14/2014 Fixed a problem that was causing the number of customers checked in to not properly display on the Traffic Report.
01/13/2014 Fixed a few issues with the new version of the Aveda Master Report - there were some issues with the original spreadsheet we cleaned up as well as some formatting issues caused when we exported the report.
01/10/2014 Added the cell phone number to the service selection screen while booking.
01/10/2014 Changed the Check SpaSalon Email button in the program to go directly to the WorldClient email we provide. For our customers that check email directly through WorldClient rather than having it forwarded to another address this will allow direct access to your email through the program.
01/08/2014 Added an option to only show the Actual Total on the Verify Monies screen instead of showing the Computed, Actual, and Difference.
