12/12/17 Fixed a problem with the Date Range - Detailed Retail - Turn Rate Report that was caused with the change on 10/24/17 to do Taxable/Non-Taxable breakdowns. 
12/07/17 Added a new option to have the program close the day automatically. This option is not recommended for salons that count their money and balance their drawer but could be helpful to salons that don't want to use those features.
12/06/17 Updated the Aveda product list for salons that carry Aveda's entire product line.
11/27/17 Made a correction so that the change on gift certificate sales that were paid for with a double-entry transaction (like Promo, IOU, etc) would show the correct amount of change.
11/21/17 Fixed a problem that caused salons that limit pre-booking to appointments with the specific employee only to not have appointments with the assistant properly credited.
11/21/17 Fixed a problem that could make the tool tip that comes up when you hold your mouse over the employee names at the top of the screen show the wrong name after you scrolled away from the first screen of employees.
10/24/17 Added a new option to the Date Range - Detailed Retail breakdowns to group items by Taxable/Non-Taxable. 
10/05/17 Changed the Check In screen so that any spaces typed in to a name will put a comma instead.
10/03/17 Updated the Aveda product list for salons that carry Aveda's entire product line.
09/27/17 Fixed the Text Pager Messages to staff showing wrong time for appointment. Error was introduced on 9/22.
09/25/17 Changed the checkout process so that if you've already checked a customer out for some services earlier in the day checking them out a second time will only show their booked services if they have not paid for them yet. To go back to the old way where it showed all services every time you went to check out go to Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in APCHK0.ALL and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 800-682-2998.
09/20/17 Changed the sorting on the Date Range Salon information / Employee Information - Services in Detail to show the services sorted by highest dollar amount for the period chosen.  Also department totals are now sorted highest to lowest.
09/14/17 Updated the Aveda product list for salons that carry Aveda's entire product line.
09/14/17 Changed the Customer Display screen so that you can no longer Continue when an invalid email address is filled in. You either need to have a blank email, NoEmail (by clicking the X beside the email box), or a valid email address to continue. 
09/14/17 Added a new feature to attach a calendar .ics file to confirmation, booking, and find appointment emails. These attached files can be imported into the customer's calendar. You can read more about this new feature here.
09/01/17 Added programming to skip NoEmail when sending automatic Follow Up emails to clients.
08/17/17 Changed the Schedule Maintenance so that Pager messages are not sent out when it blocks off time.
08/16/17 Added Chat Mobility as a text carrier to the program.
07/25/17 Added a new feature to schedule future emails. You can access this feature on the right side of the Send Email screen. Read more here.
07/12/17 Updated Illinois state income tax from 3.75% to 4.95% effective 7/1/17.
07/12/17 Fixed a problem with our new inventory ordering that caused dollar amounts in the thousands and above to not correctly update on the screen while modifying orders. This did not effect the actual order, just the displayed total cost on the screen. 
07/11/17 Fixed a problem when entering Sick and Vacation amounts if the leading $ was entered the system did not save the amount. Now it works with or without the leading $ .
07/07/17 Fixed a problem that could cause name changes to allow a space in the name if the name was changed and then the Continue button was immediately clicked after changing the name.
07/03/17 Updated the Aveda product list for salons that carry Aveda's entire product line.
06/23/17 Added a new Management Alert to the Automated Reports section to send the mailing list. This could be useful to set up sending your mailing list to a marketer - you would just have to add them as an employee or put their email address under one of your existing employees.
06/22/17 Fixed a problem that could cause management alerts to not ask for the employee email addresses if you'd never set up employee information for any employees in the system.
06/16/17 Changed the program so that using the buttons on the customer name screen to type a name won't automatically go on once you have an exact name. This will allow people to use a touch screen to type  in a name like JOHNSON,STEVE if there's a customer in the system with just the name of JOHN already.
06/06/17 Added a new report to Receptionist Reports called Unprocessed Appointments Report. It shows all appointments during the selected dates where the customer was not checked out.
06/05/17 Added a new section to the Management Alerts called Employee Management and added a new management alert called Late Employee Clock In that will send a notification any time an employee with an appointment schedule clocks in a certain amount of time after their scheduled start on the book.

05/30/17 Added an option to give a choice to do a special greeting schedule for customers new to the employee but not new to the salon. 05/17/17 Fixed an issue that caused loyalty balances to not show up correctly on the List Outstanding Balances Report.
05/11/17 Removed the Any Dates button from the Mailing Reports. You can now set whatever dates you would like for the report immediately on opening the Mailing Reports screen instead of having to first uncheck Any Dates.
05/10/17 Made some changes that should alleviate cloud customers getting a blank screen after disconnecting from the server and attempting to reconnect.
05/03/17 Fixed an issue that could cause customers to show up in the wrong color on the appointment book if someone went to Fast Sale and then cancelled before finishing the sale.
05/01/17 Added the option to make all retail discounts entered into the system apply only once per ticket rather than to every qualifying item. 05/01/17 Fixed a problem with the Back and Forward buttons on the Update Physical Count screen that caused the Item Cost displayed on the screen to not update as you switched items.
05/01/17 Fixed a problem that caused corrections done on customers that were part of a family checkout to make the final person in the family checkout show the wrong total due.
04/21/17 Added an option to take the Bypass button off of the appointment confirmation screen. You can turn off the Bypass button by going into Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in ApCnf0.NBP and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 800-682-2998.
04/21/17 Added an option to the Appointment -> Appointment Setup -> Booking Styles screen called Change Multiple Employees Booking Styles. This button allows you to select a service, enter the booking style for that service, and then select multiple employees to whom that booking style should apply.
04/21/17 Overhauled the existing web page display on the main screen in the program for customers that show their corporate web page on that screen. Among the changes we now suppress any script errors from pages you go to and we made sure that you see the most current copy of the web page being shown. In addition, we've added the ability for us to show a web page to deliver information directly to the main screen in the program. You can turn this feature off by going into Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in Web__0.No and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 800-682-2998.
04/10/17 Added the ability for us to change the background in the program to display a web page on our Cloud customers. This will allow us to communicate information in the future.
04/10/17 Changed the online booking to allow package bookings to search further into the future. There is now no limit on how far our the system will search and the default is 30 days instead of 14 days.
04/06/17 Changed the process that runs when you change or merge a customer name so that membership information gets properly updated.
04/04/17 Changed the tips on family checkouts so that they work the same as typical multiple employee checkouts and require the tip to be manually entered on each employee.
04/03/17 Updated the Aveda product list for salons that carry Aveda's entire product line.
03/30/17 Changed the Membership setup so that turning on memberships also turns credit card processing on for all computers. This is required to make the overnight processing work correctly.
03/16/17 Fixed a problem that prevented the appointment book setting for oldest appointment date under Maintenance -> Appointment  from working when it was set to more than 1 year. It now will respect values up to 1,095 days (3 years).
03/09/17 When confirming from the Appointment Detail the system now updates the confirming information without canceling out of the screen.
03/08/17 Changed the Customer Count Report so that the counts exclude services that have been marked as Exclude from Customer Count.
03/08/17 Changed the Salon Information Date Range Report so that the Service Customers number properly ignores services that have been marked as Exclude from Customer Count. The count also ignores all negative sales as well.
03/03/17 Changed the Check Out screen to show the employee name instead of the ticket number. I found when working the front desk, I knew the designer, but not the customer's name. This made it abundantly clear for a new person it would be helpful to show the employee performing the service to make it easier. Now the system shows up to two employee first names instead of the ticket number on the Customer Check Out screen. If you want the ticket number to show as before you can turn off this option going into Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in COut0.NDS and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 800-682-2998.
03/03/17 Changed the option to clear the customers checked in list so that it now defaults to clearing every night during the system agent. If you would like to go back to the old method of customers having to be checked out or removed manually from the check in list to be removed go into Utility, then File Utilities.  In the File Name box, type in Tickb0.No and click Create.  If you need help with these steps, please call us at 937-832-3969.
03/01/17 Updated the Payroll Check Date field to not allow you to continue when it's blank.
03/01/17 Fixed a problem for discount codes on specific retail items above code number 32767.
02/28/17 Updated the Aveda product list.
02/23/17 Added new feature to Sep-IRA deduction the system will now ask the maximum amount of the deduction and stop withholding once that maximum has been contributed for the year. Setting the maximum amount is done by going to Maintenance, Payroll Setup, Payroll Categories and Modify the category Sep-IRA. Type in the name and after you press continue it will prompt for the Maximum Dollar Amount.
02/23/17 Fixed a problem that made it impossible to remove Service Reminders.

01/30/17 Made a change to greatly speed up the Mailing Reports.

01/26/17 Added Google Fi as an option to the text carriers.
01/26/17 Added option in Company Maintenance under Features to allow Customer Check In / Customer Display to Show Phone Numbers First.
01/20/17 For customers that use the option to put a clickable confirmation link in emails, their customers that use MMS text messaging through AT&T will have a clickable confirmation link in their text messages as well. We will extend this feature to other providers as we get more information about their capabilities. 
01/19/17 Updated State Tax table for Colorado, Indiana and Oregon.
01/11/17 Added a new section called Appointment Book to the Management Alerts and a new option to that section called Standing Appointment Conflict. This option will email the details of any standing appointments that can not be booked due to another appointment already in its spot to the selected employees.
01/06/17 Added new feature to Password Tracking. Once the report and dates are chosen you may enter Search Information to limit the report to show just the information your trying to find. For example, typing in a customer name Crabtree,Kent would only show information on the password tracking that dealt with my name. This feature makes it easier to use the Password Tracking report instead of using the search button repeatedly.
01/04/17 Updated State Tax tables for California, Oklahoma and Vermont.
